Our Jamaican patties are made from premium USDA inspected ground beef and chicken. We then spice it up with our special island blend of herbs and spices and then envelope the cooked meat into a delicate crust, fold it into a half moon turnover and then bake it to a tender flaky pastry for your enjoyment.
